Caliber Terms of Use

These terms are between you and Smart Room for Business Applications Design and Operation Company (Limited Liability Company), trading as Aviniti (commercial registration no. 77797), Office 133, Floor 3, Building 138, Al-Sakhra Al-Musharrafa St, Al-Zohour, Amman, Jordan, the maker of Caliber. By using Caliber you agree to them.

1. Age

You must be 18 or older. If you are under 18, do not use Caliber; we delete accounts we find to be under 18.

2. Your account

Keep your sign-in safe. One account per person. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

3. What Caliber gives you

Caliber gives style guidance: haircut and beard previews, verdicts on a cut, an outfit or a product choice, and product information. It judges the choice, never you. Please keep in mind:

• AI previews are not photos. They are marked "AI preview" and your real result may look different.
• This is style guidance, not professional advice. Nothing in Caliber is medical, dermatological, psychological or other professional advice. Product details are information only, not treatment claims. Check ingredients yourself if you have allergies or a skin condition, and ask a doctor or pharmacist when in doubt.
• AI can be wrong. You can report a verdict you think is wrong or rude.

4. Plans and payments

• New accounts get a 7-day trial with 3 try-ons in total. After it, the Free plan applies unless you subscribe.
• Plus and Pro are monthly or yearly subscriptions, and try-on packs are one-off purchases. You buy them through the App Store or Google Play, which take the payment. Prices are shown in the store before you buy.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app or your Caliber account does not cancel them.
• Unused monthly try-ons do not roll over. Pack try-ons do not expire while your account exists.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules.
• A try-on that fails on our side is not charged, or is refunded to your allowance.

5. Your photos and content

• You keep ownership of your photos. You let us process them only to run Caliber for you, as the Privacy Policy explains.
• Only upload photos of yourself, except reference photos of a haircut or beard, which you may use only as a personal reference. Do not upload photos of anyone under 18.
• You let us use products you add (name, brand, details, not your photo) in our shared product database, after a check.

6. Vote pages

When you share a vote link, you are responsible for what you share. On vote pages, you and your voters must not:

• post anything hateful, sexual, threatening, harassing or illegal, or use names meant to insult;
• share photos of other people without their permission, or of anyone under 18;
• try to rate or mock a person rather than pick a look.

Anyone can report a vote page. A page with repeated reports is paused until we review it. We may remove any vote page or voter name that breaks these rules.

7. Things you must not do

Do not misuse Caliber: no reverse-engineering, scraping, automated access, getting around limits or payments, or using it to harm anyone.

8. Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, with notice where reasonable. After an account is closed, your data is erased as the Privacy Policy explains.

9. Our responsibility

We work to keep Caliber running and accurate, but it is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Aviniti is not liable for decisions you make based on its guidance (for example a haircut, an outfit or a product) or for indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We will show the new version and date in the app. If you keep using Caliber after that, the new terms apply.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman handle disputes.
