Delete your Caliber account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Caliber.
2. Go to Settings → Privacy.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

What gets deleted

• Your account, sign-in and profile.
• Your Calibration, try-ons, verdicts and every photo you saved.
• Your closet, outfits, fit checks, shelf and routines.
• Your vote links and the ballots on them, and your invite link.

When

Your account stops working at once. Everything above is erased within 30 days, including backups.

What we keep

Purchase records the App Store or Google Play keep under their own rules, and records the law asks us to keep. None of it shows who you are in Caliber. We also keep a one-way scrambled code (a hash) of your sign-in identity for 12 months, to stop the free trial and the invite bonus being claimed again. It is not linked to your account, and it is deleted automatically after 12 months. Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription: cancel it in your store settings.
